photo-shoot for new Tyro web site

We are busy developing a new website for Tyro, to provide clear information about the services we offer linked to immediate on-line booking.

To give this a consistent appearance, the college photographer Nathaniel Chang from our marketing department ran a photo-shoot to develop images for use across the site.

The Apprenticeship Grant for Employers – can you receive funding to take on an Apprentice?

Support for 16 to 24 year olds is aimed at helping eligible employers to offer young people employment through the Apprenticeship programme, by providing wage grants to assist employers in recruiting their first Apprentice.

The National Apprenticeship Service will provide up to 40,000 Apprenticeship grants of £1,500  to small-medium sized employers recruiting 16 to 24 year olds,  to encourage new employers to take on new Apprentices.

Tyro has recently provided Personal Licence Holder qualifications to meet the club’s requirements as a licensed premises and Defibrillator Training to ensure emergency equipment is safely available if required. Read more of this post

Bespoke Financial Training is Well Received

Hi David

Thank you for your email.  Yes we all feel more confident in the accuracy and value of the financial information we are collating for the business.  I am sure Rosie and I will have questions once we have made the suggested amendments to the spreadsheets we are using.

Meanwhile thank you for your time and the very approachable training session you put together for us.

 Best regards

Jane
